Radiology & Imaging Pledge
The staff of the Parkland Medical Center Diagnostic Imaging Department makes the following pledge to each and every patient that walks through our door:
We will make every attempt to make you as comfortable as possible during your time in our department.
We will make every attempt to ensure that any test you may receive within our department will only be performed, after we ensure that you fully understand what and why the test is being performed.
We will ensure that your results will be available to your physician by the next business day for all routine studies and within 1 hour for “Wet Readings” or urgent studies.
We will make every attempt to ensure that the time spent, waiting for your test or procedure will be minimal. We currently monitor our wait times very closely, but always strive to improve.
Please feel free to contact the Director of Imaging Services, at the contact information listed below, with any question, comments or concerns.
