Participating insurance plans
We accept all forms of government insurance from the U.S., Canada and other countries. We also accept Medicare, Medicaid, Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services (CHAMPUS), and workers compensation.

Advance directives are legal documents that allow you to give directions for your future medical care. Advance directives help you protect your right to request or refuse care.
Patient rights and responsibilities
We respect the dignity and pride of each individual we serve. We want our patients to be informed of their rights, responsibilities and have access to contacts for complaints and grievances.
Comprehensive support services
When you schedule treatment at our facility, we provide the information you need to prepare. Your positive experience begins with resources highlighted here.
Preparing for your visit
Take time to explore and discover more about us. Our hospital medical team cares for you during your stay and coordinates with your primary healthcare provider. We encourage you to do the following:
- Find the information you need to prepare for your visit.
- If directed, make a list of your current medications, including vitamins, herbs and over-the-counter medications, to bring with you.
- Know your rights and responsibilities while you're receiving treatment.
- Share visitor guidelines with your friends, family and partners.
- View our Healthy Living page, which has a blog and information on our available health risk assessments (HRAs), classes and events.
Registration
For your convenience and to speed up the check-in process, you can register online for a screening mammogram or your scheduled procedures. If you prefer, our registration representatives can assist you over the phone if you call (603) 421-2277.
On the day of your procedure, you will check in at the hospital registration desk. There, a representative will photocopy your insurance and photo identification cards and ask you to verify information before signing all necessary forms, including:
- Acknowledgement of billing policies for the services provided
- Authorization to bill insurance
- Consent to receive services
Creating a comfortable hospital stay
At our facility, you'll enjoy pleasant, comfortable accommodations, such as electronic beds, cable TV, wireless internet access and bedside telephones. In our private rooms, you will have a full bath and can request room cots for family members.
Special services during your stay
The comfort of you and your visitors is a top priority for our team. You’ll find many additional resources to ease your stay, including:
- 24/7 interfaith chapel located on the first floor across from the visitor’s elevator
- Interpreter services for the hearing or sight impaired and non-English speaking individuals
- Postal mail, newspapers, magazines, books, flowers and gifts delivered to hospital rooms
Preparing for your return home
When your doctor decides you’re ready to leave the hospital, you’ll receive a discharge order with instructions for follow-up care, such as medication, dietary requirements and your next scheduled appointment. You’ll also stop by the hospital cashier to settle your account. Then, you’ll be escorted by a hospital representative to your waiting transportation. You may want to arrange for a family member or friend to take you home.
Patient safety
Treating your health condition and helping you return to your family, work and everyday life are our primary goals. We continually strive to ensure the highest level of safety using best practices, advanced technology and increased patient involvement in healthcare decisions. To achieve this outcome and make your stay a positive one, we provide top-notch services, a professional staff and outstanding facilities.
Case management and social services
Coping with an extended hospital stay or an emergency can be difficult. Our case management and social services team can help you with the personal side of medical care. The case managers at our facility will act as advocates for you and your family and can arrange for a variety of support services. We’re available to help with discharge planning and to coordinate follow-up care, if needed, when you leave the hospital. We’re also here for you when you need crisis intervention.
If you have a problem or concern while you’re in the hospital, call extension 2262 to speak to one of our case managers. From outside the hospital, call (603) 421-2262.
Getting to our hospital
If needed, we offer online driving directions to our facility. There is convenient, complimentary parking in our hospital’s main parking lot across from the main entrance. Handicapped parking is also available in the lot.
